Cancellation Policy

A departure from this cancellation policy will be at the discretion of RnR Charters Ltd.

If we cancel:
Should we need to cancel a day(s) due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control prior to departure,  we will reschedule your trip to the next suitable date for both parties, or a full refund of the deposit will be given.

RnR Charters Ltd reserve the right to pass on any price increases from the original charter price, to the current price at the date the reschedule is taken.     

Should we cancel any day(s) once the charter has commenced due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will refund part thereof, of the charter price.   
Cancellation and refund given will be the sole discretion of RnR Charters Ltd.

If you cancel:
If you cancel a trip within 14 days of the date of departure, and don't reschedule for an alternative date a cancellation fee of 20% of the charter fee or will be charged.

This fee will be deducted from the deposit held and any balance refunded.  
If you wish to reschedule the date, RnR Charters Ltd reserve the right to pass on any price increases from the original charter price, to the current price at the date the reschedule is taken.    

If an event is cancelled:

If you have booked for a tournament and the charter has commenced and for any reason the tournament organisers cancel any part of the tournament, no refund will be made except at the discretion of RnR Charters Ltd.

Safety:

For safety reasons RnR Charters Ltd reserve the right to refuse boarding or to shorten a charter if any passenger is discovered on the day to be in an intoxicated or similar incapacitated state, or to be otherwise unfit to undertake a charter.  

No refund will be made except at the discretion of RnR Charters Ltd.
